Hard Surface Cleaners began over a decade ago as a family-run tiling business, driven by a simple need: finding an efficient, effective way to clean tiles. That search led us to pressure cleaning, and what started as a small, local operation has since grown into a trusted, nationwide provider of exterior cleaning services.

From quotation through to completion, our process follows several key steps.

Our friendly Business Development Managers or State Operations Manager will meet with you on site to discuss a tailored plan suited to your requirements.

Quote provided
Our Head Office team will then provide a formal quotation, including detailed measurements, photos, and pricing.

Schedule job
Once the quotation is approved, a suitable time to complete the works will be scheduled.

Team complete works
Our experienced technicians will attend site, complete site sign-in procedures and safety checks, document the works with before and after photos, and deliver the agreed scope of works in accordance with project requirements

Reporting and Invoice provided
Our Head Office team will promptly issue the service report, including before and after images captured on site, together with the corresponding invoice.
